How long will my truffles stay fresh?
All truffles made at koko chocolates are made with the freshest ingredients, with no added preservatives. To experience the full flavour experience of koko chocolates we recommend you consume them within two weeks of your purchase. However, the majority of our truffles have a 6-8 week shelf-life if in fact you have the willpower to resist them for more than a few minutes!
At what temperature should I store and serve my truffles?
Truffles should be stored and served at room temperature. This will bring out the full flavour of your chocolates. Cold chocolate doesn't release its flavors and aromas as quickly, altering the tasting experience.
I have a food allergy. Can I eat your chocolates?
Nuts are used in our facility, and as a result there may be traces of nuts in all of our chocolate products. We use almonds and pecans in our facility.
Soy Lecithin is an ingredient that is used as an emulsifier in the chocolate that we use at koko chocolates.
Many of our truffles are vegan and dairy-free. We use a coconut beverage in place of cream.
For allergy concerns, please contact Jen at email@example.com
Do you carry dairy-free or vegan products?
We offer several truffles and products that are dairy-free and vegan! The truffle flavours that are vegan/dairy-free include: Italian Lover, Margarita, Organic Espresso, Raspberry, Thai Chilli, and Grand Marnier. We also have two kokoBark flavours that are vegan/dairy-free: Roasted Almond and Cranberry Pecan.
Please note that the chocolate we use at koko chocolates does say "may contain milk".
